About the Role:

Join a team of environmental designers championing a healthier planet through sustainable building design. We're seeking a visionary sustainability professional to lead climate-positive design initiatives and shape the next generation of environmental talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion sustainable and climate-positive design outcomes across diverse project types
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all design phases from concept to completion
  • Coordinate effectively between internal disciplines and external stakeholders
  • Manage programmes, resources and finances on environmental projects
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
  • Undertake business development and proposal writing for environmental services
  • Act as key client liaison, managing expectations and developing trusted relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional forums

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in design consultancy, architectural or engineering practice
  • Deep technical knowledge in sustainability and environmental design
  • Experience with BREEAM, LEED or carbon/impact assessments
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary projects and managing budgets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about sustainable design and climate-positive outcomes
  • Proactive and autonomous with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to provide expert decarbonisation advice to clients
