Key Duties/Tasks:
- Delivering a full Employment law service inhouse for a large professional services business
- Representation in tribunal
- Complex case management
- Advising the business on all areas of Employment Law
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
- Advocacy experience
- Experienced Inhouse counsel
- Experience and knowledge of Employment law
- Experience in providing legal advice and representation
