  • Managing leads through various channels.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by evaluating customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Observing regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meeting and striving to exceed agreed service levels and targets.
  • Working in accordance with the company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.

  • Ability to work onsite in Manchester City Centre at least three days per week.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
