A leading organisation based in the heart of Manchester is seeking a confident and customer-focused Credit Controller to support cash collection efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
The role offers a fantastic base salary up to £28,000 plus career progression, hybrid working and no weekends!
Duties:
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues with a pragmatic and customer focussed approach. Your will be responsible for hitting collection targets while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This is predominantly a phone-based role so outstanding communication skills are key.
- Act as the first point of contact for client payment queries.
- Manage overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Investigate and resolve service and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records and process card payments.
- Ensure timely collections while delivering exceptional service.
