Daily Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
  • Proactively chase overdue balances with confident and courteous communication
  • Respond and resolve any payment related queries
  • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms
  • Investigate and resolve payment delays quickly and effectively
  • Make outbound calls to collect outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Accurately process payments through online payment system
Person Profile:
  • 12-18 months within a Credit Control or similar finance related role
  • Competent with Excel
  • Natural problem solver, forward thinking
  • Professional and confident communicator both written and verbal
