Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
Proactively chase overdue balances with confident and courteous communication
Respond and resolve any payment related queries
Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms
Investigate and resolve payment delays quickly and effectively
Make outbound calls to collect outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships
Accurately process payments through online payment system

Person Profile:

12-18 months within a Credit Control or similar finance related role
Competent with Excel
Natural problem solver, forward thinking
Professional and confident communicator both written and verbal
