Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Customer Services Advisor to be the friendly face and first point of contact for this busy student accommodation in central Manchester.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our accommodation. From answering queries and supporting move-ins to arranging parcels post and deliveries!
- Providing professional, friendly support to students, visitors, and contractors.
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and care.
- Arranging post, deliveries and parcels to each and every student.
- Helping organise events that bring the student community together.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
