Customer Service Associate - Consumer Lending

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and secure messaging
  • Assist customers with queries, payment processing, account updates, and more
  • Help customers in early-stage arrears get back on track with their payments
  • Work closely with teams across the business, including Lending Operations and Credit
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service in every interaction
  • Ensure positive customer outcomes and help uphold high service standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment (preferably in financial services or regulated sectors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident using digital systems and working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
