Our returning client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Handle complaints and queries from key account customers, ensuring resolutions within SLAs.
- Make commercial decisions to resolve customer issues cost-effectively.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure total satisfaction while upholding business standards and objectives.
- Identify business opportunities and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded in the CRM system and maintain a business plan to drive activity and achieve objectives.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
- Manage replacement orders for key account customers.
- Complete bespoke reporting requirements and manage the backorder and stock re-allocation process.
- Adhere to department KPIs and service requirements/SLAs.
- Review KPIs with your manager regularly to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide cover for other members of the customer support team as needed.
- Proven passion for excellence in customer service across all communication channels.
- Experience in conflict resolution and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet high performance standards, and deliver on commitments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar customer service role within an office environment is essential.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
