We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help build our in-person support hub for drivers. As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a vital role in empowering our partners and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed!

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional, 5-star support to our driver partnersOnboard new drivers and walk them through the tools they need to thriveResolve driver issues and answer questions with confidencePromote the brand and get drivers excited about their journeyStay updated on company processes and tools to provide the best supportCollaborate with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures
