Marketing & Data Analyst

Purosearch is a progressive recruitment company, and we are looking for a  Marketing & Data Analyst to join our office in the heart of Didsbury Village.

We have ambitious plans for our company by expanding our portfolio of services both here in the UK and Internationally.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, curious, analytical, and eager to learn and join a dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll support the business by gathering and presenting meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions, while also contributing to marketing and candidate engagement activities.

• A genuine interest in data analysis and visualisation.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a simple, engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, organise, and visualise data to support performance tracking.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business operations.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Support with outbound candidate and client marketing campaigns.
• Add Data to our CRM.
• Carry out basic administration and office duties as needed.

Marketing & Data Analyst Entry Requirements

• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Further qualifications: A Levels, BTEC Level 3, or Degree.

Marketing & Data Analyst Benefits:
