Location: Flexible (UK-based with client travel as needed)
Salary: £90k to £110k base + commercial bonus (up to £50k based on revenue)

Xpertise are looking for a Commercial Lead to help drive the next phase of our clients growth. You’ll join a small but growing team working closely with the Head of Commercial and CEO – all supported by a high-performing delivery consultancy.

This is a senior role with high visibility across the business and a clear path to influence how they grow.

What you’ll be doing:
        • Building and developing new client relationships across targeted sectors

        • Leading the full sales cycle – from initial outreach and meetings to landing new clients

        • Owning and expanding client accounts, working consultatively to identify growth opportunities

        • Working with delivery and pre-sales teams to shape winning proposals

        • Becoming a credible voice in the market – you’ll understand the language of data, tech, and delivery, even if you're not hands-on

What we’re looking for:
        • A commercially minded individual with experience in data-related services or consulting

        • Someone who’s credible in front of clients and able to lead conversations around data and digital transformation

        • An established network in financial services
        • You might come from a pure sales background or from delivery and moved into commercial work – we’re open

        • A self-starter who enjoys autonomy but values collaboration and team support

        • Someone who can land new clients, then stay close and help grow them over time
