What You'll Do:

Collect, clean, and analyse internal data to uncover trends and business insights
Develop dashboards and reports for various teams to support strategic decisions
Work closely with Operations, Underwriting, and Finance, supporting key initiatives
Identify opportunities for business improvements through data analysis
Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Working independently, using own initiative to deliver valuable outcomes
Excellent attention to detail and a curious, problem-solving mindset
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not essential
Willingness to compliment a small, dedicate team by performing roles outside the scope of a Data Analyst
