Hours: 35 hours per week

Overview:
Morson is recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation in Greater Manchester for a People Data & Systems Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on people analytics, systems, and process improvements within a forward-thinking People team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on People data reporting, insights, and audits

  • Support decision-making with dashboards and analytics (Excel, Power BI)

  • Improve and automate HR systems and processes

  • Manage data cycles such as pay reviews and benchmarking

  • Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and stakeholder alignment

  • Maintain HR systems and manage vendor relationships

  • Build key stakeholder relationships and coaching on how to read data efficiently

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI knowledge

  • Experience of working within a busy HR function as part of the People team
  • Experience with HRIS platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Confident working with large datasets

  • Coding (Python) is a bonus or willingness to learn

  • Strong communicator and collaborator
