My Client is seeking a dynamic Facilities Management (FM) professional to enhance its maintenance and facilities management offerings.
The ideal candidate should have a strong presence in the North West region, particularly in Greater Manchester.

My Client is looking to develop it's maintenance and facilities management offerings to Clients by recruiting a dynamic FM professional.

We are looking for a FM professional with a strong presence in the NW region, especially the Gtr Manchester area.

Develop existing contacts to generate further business. This client already has a significant presence and track record, but the ability to generate new opportunities is essential.

Work alongside the MD for the main business to plan turnover and strategy.
