About the Role:

My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a large-scale student accommodation project in Manchester. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of remedial fittings, snagging, and coordination with customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and site staff, managing several staff members and ensuring efficient processes across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight: Lead and manage the contracts for the student accommodation project, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Team Leadership: Oversee site staff, ensuring effective management of people and processes.

- Site Coordination: Ensure remedial fittings and snagging are completed to high standards.

- Customer Interaction: Coordinate with customers to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.

- Compliance & Certification: Ensure adherence to industry standards, including CSCS certification requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Industry Background: Previous experience managing student accommodation projects.

- Certifications: CSCS Card (Gold or Black)

- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and oversee site operations.

- Communication: Excellent coordination skills with customers and stakeholders.
