Managing the performance and development of your team
Overseeing technical quality, compliance, and service delivery
Monitoring and improving departmental KPIs and financial performance
Playing a key role in the firms wider leadership and strategic planning
Driving innovation and best practice in a tech-enabled legal environment
Managing a reduced caseload
?? Who are we looking for?
Significant Grade A experience in Court of Protection Property & Affairs
Prior experience managing people (even if not formally in a HoD role)
A natural leader - confident, commercially aware, and supportive
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
Ambition to shape and grow a high-performing department
Were open to hearing from candidates who have led smaller teams, managed a sub-group within a department, or played a key role in mentoring and supervision - this could be the perfect platform for your next step.
