OVERVIEW
They are now looking to recruit a highly organised, data-driven, passionate Digital Marketing/CRM Manager.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the Sales & Marketing Lead to support the business with the execution of their sales and marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company and their services. You will have demonstrable experience of enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, nurturing contacts via CRM, driving website traffic and generating leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertly managing and optimising our CRM activities with the single-minded
goal of increasing engagement and driving enquiries and conversions.
- Continually analysing user behaviour and recommending improvements to increase
response/sales.
- Driving growth (enquiries and conversions) through wider digital marketing activities (e.g. SEO,PPC, remarketing).
- Optimising the website and the user experience to drive enquiries and conversions
- Overseeing the management of a potential new website.
- Manage required platform integrations (zapier, Meet Alfred etc.) and proactively suggest any others that will streamline and enhance processes/sales.
- Measure and report weekly on all digital marketing activities against set KPIs and targets.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Results obsessed.
- Proven career experience in digital marketing including leading and managing SEO, marketing databases/CRM and email campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- In-depth knowledge of Wordpress and website development including optimising landing pages and user navigation.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
