The RoleAs the new Head of Client Services, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the agency's client partnerships. You'll lead a high-performing account management team, oversee strategic delivery across all service lines, and report directly into the senior leadership team. This is a newly created role, central to the agency's expansion strategy.

You will be responsible for the growth, retention, and strategic direction of all client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery, measurable performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as the agency's lead for strategic client conversations and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a growing team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives, supporting their career progression and maintaining a high-performance culture.

  • Strategic Oversight: Align client campaigns with business objectives, ensuring cross-channel thinking and clear KPIs. Guide execution across paid media, content, CRM, and SEO.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage resource planning, delivery timelines, and commercial performance across accounts. Identify and implement process improvements.

  • Commercial Focus: Own revenue and profitability targets for client services. Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and support new business development efforts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with channel leads and the senior management team to drive cross-functional performance and integrated campaign success.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior account or client services leadership role at a digital agency.

  • A track record of developing and executing high-impact strategies across performance marketing channels.

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, with strong mentorship and leadership skills.

  • Commercially savvy - confident working with budgets, forecasting, and driving account profitability.

  • Able to translate performance insights into strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working across lead generation and eCommerce businesses is highly desirable.
