Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years practitioner with strong behaviour management skills? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive Early Years setting in Oldham.
This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to giving every child the best start in life. You'll be working closely with the Nursery Manager and families to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive space for young learners.
�? Key Responsibilities:-
Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning and care to Early Years pupils.

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviour.

Promote positive relationships with pupils and their families to ensure consistency between home and school.

Contribute to the development and delivery of individual education plans (IEPs).

Monitor and track children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Proven experience managing behaviour in young children, especially in an Early Years setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with families and staff.

A proactive, caring approach with a genuine commitment to supporting all children, including those with special educational needs.

Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and a passion for child development.
