About the Role:You will support four pupils with challenging behaviour, including two non-verbal students, offering both academic guidance and behaviour management. Your role will be crucial in helping to increase their timetable from part-time to full-time, fostering both social and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support inside and outside the classroom

Implement individualised behaviour management strategies

Support pupils' academic progress, focusing on essential skills

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to maintain a positive, structured learning environment
What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with challenging behaviour and/or non-verbal needs
