Job Opportunity: Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of children with special educational needs?We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support for four pupils in a school committed to inclusive education and personalised learning.

About the Role:You will support four pupils with challenging behaviour, including two non-verbal students, offering both academic guidance and behaviour management. Your role will be crucial in helping to increase their timetable from part-time to full-time, fostering both social and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support inside and outside the classroom

  • Implement individualised behaviour management strategies
