Reeson Education is recruiting a flexible, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive SEN primary school in the M30 area of Salford. This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position is to start immediately and offers the opportunity to work across a range of age groups and needs, from EYFS to KS2. The Teaching Assistant will work in a specialist provision that supports pupils with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, SLCN, and more. You'll provide learning support within the classroom, assist with emotional regulation, and help ensure each pupil receives personalised and compassionate care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a patient and proactive Teaching Assistant who wants to be part of a collaborative and skilled team making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:* Work as a Teaching Assistant across classes from EYFS to KS2* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs* Assist with sensory activities, structured routines, and behaviour support* Support children with communication, social development, and regulation* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:* Be a confident and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience in SEN settings* Show initiative, creativity, and calmness under pressure* Have experience with needs such as ASD, SEMH, ADHD, PMLD, MLD, and SLCN* Be comfortable assisting with personal care (if needed)* Commit fully to school hours and consistent support

Teaching Assistant Requirements:* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)* Right to work in the UK* Relevant experience and references* Availability for full-time, long-term work
