We're on the lookout for a dynamic Electrical Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and a strong grasp of EPLAN software to join their growing engineering department. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, using your design expertise to create electrical systems and control panels while collaborating with diverse teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to life.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electrical design, ideally within industrial automation, machinery, or control systems
- Expertise with EPLAN software for schematic design and panel layout
- Solid understanding of electrical components, systems, and control panel design
- Experience with PLC systems, motor control, and automation equipment (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of international electrical standards (IEC, NEC, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for resolving technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Full driving license and eligibility for SC Clearance
