Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to take the next step in your career We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Building Services to join our dynamic and growing team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, specification, and delivery of mechanical building services projects from inception to completion.

  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Conduct site inspections, surveys, and liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ensure designs comply with industry regulations, sustainability requirements, and best practices.

  • Manage project deadlines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with a recognised institution (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE).

  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability principles (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Hevacomp.
