Randstad C&P are recruiting on behalf of a Global FM client to onboard a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to their team in Manchester covering commercial sites.

The Package:

Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 pa depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Van: Company van and fuel card
Generous company pension scheme
33 days annual holidays

Main Duties:

Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.

Candidate Qualifications/Experience

Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
City & Guilds or equivalent
18th Edition City and Guilds
You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
The successful candidate will require a DBS Check before starting in the job.
