Job Title: Architectural Technician / Technologist
Location: Manchester
Salary: 32-42,000 DOE

A talented, motivated, and dynamic individual is sought to join the Manchester studio as an Architectural Technician / Technologist. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have sufficient post-qualification experience and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience attending site meetings is advantageous but not essential.

Daily Duties
- Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- Coordinate day-to-day project information among the design team
- Liaise directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
- Attend design team and site meetings to support project delivery
- Update and issue working drawing packs and associated technical information
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical knowledge
- Able to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Collaborative and proactive approach within a team environment
- UK driving licence preferred as projects are located throughout the UK
