Salary: 32-42,000 DOE

About the company:

A talented, motivated, and dynamic individual is sought to join the Manchester studio as an Architectural Technician / Technologist. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have sufficient post-qualification experience and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience attending site meetings is advantageous but not essential.

Daily Duties

  • Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
  • Coordinate day-to-day project information among the design team
  • Liaise directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
  • Attend design team and site meetings to support project delivery
  • Update and issue working drawing packs and associated technical information

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical knowledge
  • Able to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach within a team environment
  • UK driving licence preferred as projects are located throughout the UK
