RoleOverview

AsanITSupportFieldEngineer,youareprimarilyoffice-based,providingtechnicalsupporttobusinessclients.Youhandleday-to-daysupport,escalations,andcoordinationwiththeservicedesk,attendingcustomersitesonlywhenremoteresolutionisnotpossibleorwhenrequiredforprojectandinfrastructurework.Youactasadependablesupportresource,balancingoffice-basedsupportdeliverywithtargetedonsitevisits.

-Resolvehardware,software,andconnectivityissuesremotely

-Attendclientsiteswhenrequiredforsupportissuesthatcannotberesolvedremotely

-Carryoutonsiteworkforprojects,installs,refreshes,andinfrastructurechanges

-Install,configure,andreplacePCs,laptops,printers,andperipherals

-SupportWindows10/11desktopenvironments

-Assistwithofficemoves,refreshprojects,andnewsitesetups

-Workfromservicedeskticketsandscheduledsitevisits

-Escalatecomplexissuestoseniorengineers

-Maintainclearjobnotesanddocumentation

-Communicateclearlywithusersandcustomers
