Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (Depending on Experience)

On behalf of our client, a highly respected and rapidly expanding fire and security solutions provider, we are actively looking for a Fire & Security Engineer to join their team. The Opportunity
In this role, you'll take the lead on installing, servicing, and maintaining cutting-edge fire and security systems. From intruder alarms to CCTV and access control, you'll play a key part in safeguarding clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You'll also benefit from a highly competitive package that includes door-to-door pay, use of a company vehicle, and generous overtime rates.
What You'll Be Doing
Install & Maintain: Deliver high-quality installations, servicing, and maintenance on fire alarms, intruder detection systems, access control, and CCTV setups.
Problem Solve & Repair: Quickly identify faults and deliver effective solutions on a wide range of systems.
Client Engagement: Deliver a professional and courteous service, ensuring each client feels well-supported and informed.
Stay Compliant: Work to the latest fire and security standards and ensure every project meets health and safety regulations.
Keep Records: Accurately complete all service documentation, test certificates, and risk assessments.
Travel Paid: With door-to-door travel paid, your time on the road is recognised and rewarded.
Overtime Available: Boost your earnings with regular opportunities for overtime, paid beyond your standard hours.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience installing and maintaining fire and security systems (fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms).
A valid UK driving licence - essential, as you'll be covering the Manchester area.
Recognised qualifications (FIA, ECS, NSI, or equivalent) would be a strong advantage.
Confident in fault-finding, diagnostics, and independently managing tasks.
Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first approach.
A good knowledge of current industry regulations and best practices.
A flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel as required.
