Fire and Security Engineer

Location: Manchester & Surrounding Areas
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (DOE)

A well-established UK fire and security provider is expanding due to project growth. Known for quality service and investing in its people, they're looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their Manchester-based team.

• Install, service, maintain, and fault-find fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

• Work across commercial, industrial, residential, and educational sites

• Ensure systems meet industry standards and client expectations

• Complete accurate documentation and reports

• Deliver excellent customer service and follow site health & safety procedures

• Participate in paid call-out rota and benefit from door-to-door pay

• Experience with fire & security systems (installation and servicing)

• Familiar with systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Kentec, etc.

• FIA units, ECS/CSCS, or equivalent qualifications preferred

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Knowledge of BS 5839, BS EN 50131, NSI/SSAIB standards beneficial

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Reliable, self-sufficient, and customer-focused

• 35,000 - 42,000 basic salary (DOE)
