About the Role

As a New Business Producer, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across key sectors and professional services.This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape the growth strategy by identifying new sectors and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead conversion efforts to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Work closely with colleagues, global partners, and introducers to expand distribution channels.
  • Contribute to annual business planning and forecasting processes.
  • Attend and lead prospect meetings.
  • Develop proposal documents, tender responses, and presentation materials.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and maintain regular contact with clients across your portfolio, including allocated house accounts.
