Role Title: ServiceNow Product Owner
Duration: contract to run until 3/06/2026
Location: Manchester, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
Rate: up to 613.34 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Role purpose / summary
- Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
- Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
- Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
- Proven experience in financial services environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
