Rate: up to 613.34 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role purpose / summary

  • Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
  • Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
  • Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
  • Proven experience in financial services environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
