My client are a global firm who are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator your duties will include:
- Provide exceptional levels of Customer Service to all clients
- Identify and implement ways to enhance the Workplace Experience
- Consult with clients and tailor requests accordingly
- Assist with all Facilities operations
- Assist with conference and events requests
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience providing a 5-star services to clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards would be ideal
