You will be central to both community outreach and direct support, helping individuals overcome personal barriers and take steps into work.

  • Conduct initial assessments to understand each individual’s needs, aspirations, and barriers to work.
  • Work collaboratively with internal delivery teams to ensure appropriate interventions, training, and support are provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of engagement activity, referrals, and client progress using internal systems.

  • Experience presenting programmes clearly and engagingly in both formal and informal settings.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and sustain productive relationships with external partners and internal teams.
