Futures currently seek to appoint an Internal Sales Engineer with previous experience of producing quotes for mechanical products. As Internal Sales Engineer you will be the first point of contact with customers requiring a quote. You will need good experience of writing technical quotes in a engineering environment for an mechanical manufacturing company, and be an excellent organiser and communicator to keep on top of different priorities.
Internal Sales Engineer - Role and Responsibilities
* To provide principle point of contact with customers for quotes
* To register and process into the business system all required details for the production of a sales quote
* To accept and review the quote, ensuring the accuracy of all data contained within it
* To liaise with all departments in ensuring that the sales quotes produced are accurately observed at all stages of the process
* To provide liaison between internal departments as appropriate
Internal Sales Engineer- Skills and Abilities
* BTEC or Apprenticeship qualified engineer
* Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment with good technical mechanical knowledge
* Experience at producing technical quotes
* Organisational skills able to prioritise
