Workplace Co-ordinator - Manchester (Office based)


Location: Based in the heart of Manchester
Salary: 6 month fixed term contract competitive salary 26,000 - 28,000 per annum pro rata with excellent benefits

My client is a leading engineering consultancy and part of a global company who are looking to appoint a confident and organised Workplace Coordinator to become the face of their Manchester office. They are looking for a proactive, organised individual to manage front-of-house operations and support office functions in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll run reception, support office functions, and ensure visitors and staff receive a top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and front-of-house services
  • Welcome guests, handle calls, and issue passes
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and taxis
  • Handle phone calls and visitor enquiries
  • Maintain meeting room standards and support event setup
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Provide general administrative support
