Description

• Plan, organise, and manage events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements.
• Handle post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Managing end-to-end requirements for events as assigned, including identifying accommodations, transportation, location, catering, signage, displays, and any special needs requirements
• Ensure all events align with the organisation's mission and objectives.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver event assets.

Profile

A successful Event Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing events within the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of event marketing and promotion techniques.
