Are you a results-driven Events Manager ready to lead high-impact B2B events that generate real business?

We're working on behalf of a leading global brand who are looking for a talented and strategic Events Manager to take full ownership of their national events and seminars programme. This isn't just about logistics - this is a commercially focused role, driving event performance to directly influence revenue.

You'll be joining a high-performing team that sees events as a key engine of growth.

From concept through to execution and post-event analysis, you'll lead, innovate, and deliver experiences that convert!

Day to Day

  • Own and manage a busy calendar of high-quality B2B seminars and events across the UK
  • Develop and implement a results-led events strategy focused on new business generation
  • Analyse performance, delegate quality, ROI and make data-backed decisions to optimise outcomes
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, PR, and senior stakeholders to ensure maximum attendance and sales conversion
  • Lead a small events team - assigning projects, motivating, and mentoring
  • Oversee all event collateral and promotional content, ensuring brand consistency and impact
  • Regular reporting on key metrics, including revenue and attendee stats
  • Travel to key events and quarterly meetings in Manchester

YOU?

  • Proven track record of delivering commercially successful seminars or lead-gen events
  • Experience managing a team or direct reports
  • Confident working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and leadership teams
  • Strong communication and content review skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
