Demand Management Analyst
Location: Irlam (with some flexibility to work from home)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Use customer sales data (EPOS and shipment history) to create accurate forecasts in SAP
- Work directly with the customer to agree and review promotional forecasts
- Lead regular meetings with the customer to discuss service levels, risks, and forecast changes
- Troubleshoot supply issues and work with internal teams to maintain high service levels
- Run weekly internal forecast meetings and update commercial teams
- Identify risks and opportunities within demand plans to support stock and sales
- Provide basic support across other customer accounts when needed (e.g., holiday cover)
- Work to set KPIs and performance metrics
About You:
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Confident working with customers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience in demand planning or forecasting roles (ideally in FMCG)
- SAP experience is a plus
- Able to build positive working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable occasionally visiting customers as part of the role
