What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct weekly reviews of Salesforce licence usage and reallocate licences where necessary
- Track and report on unused or underutilised licences, reducing waste and improving ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to align licence needs with staffing changes and forecasts
- Maintain and manage Salesforce user profiles, permissions, and role-based access across the group
- Produce weekly reports on active usage, low engagement, and licence forecasting
- Work toward cost reduction targets by consolidating accounts and optimising usage
- Ensure adequate licence buffers are in place for projected team growth
- Align licence strategy with budget forecasts and stakeholder expectations
What You'll Bring:
