We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning finance Lender seeking a talented Mortgage Broker / Advisor – or an experienced BDE / BDM – to specialise in Bridging Finance and Development Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ financial positions and provide tailored advice on Bridging & Development Finance solutions
• Research a wide range of lenders to source the most competitive products for client needs
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely completions
• Keep up to date with the latest market trends, regulations, and lender criteria
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice
• Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor or BDE / BDM, with a focus on Bridging & Development Finance
• Solid understanding of mortgage products, lender criteria, and application processes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Driven, proactive, and target-focused mindset
