Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading FM provider to find an experienced Account Director to head up one of their Critical Healthcare Contracts in the North West.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership across all elements of the Contract with a strong focus on service Delivery, commercial matters and client relationship management.
- Lead across a complex healthcare contract specifically around projects & lifecycle
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
Key Requirements
- Experienced FM Director with proven experience of managing a hard services operation
- Critical site experience ideally Healthcare
- Strong client relationship skills
- Strong commercial management
- Based in the North West
