The CompanyAxon Moore is exclusively partnering with a fast growing, professional services business in West Manchester. Due to continued growth they require an ambitious, people leader with strong Excel skills to join their exciting team.Salary – Circa £38,000Location – West ManchesterHybrid – 4 days in 1 working from home.Responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for the direct people leadership of accounts payable analysts
  • Responsible for implementing, supporting and delivering accounts payable strategy
  • Managing all aspects of transactional processing within accounts payable team.
  • Drive productivity and deliver services in line with KPIs.
  • Work closely with Head of Accounts Payable to identify process improvements and drive best practice.
  • Be the senior escalation point in the event of unresolved or complex issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to monitor performance and resolve issues impacting productivity and accuracy.
  • Support in delivering audit
  • Recognise and communicate any risks and issues with the team, management and key stakeholders.
  • Coach, train, develop and motivate the team.

  • IT literate, able to use Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Team player and approachable
  • Numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing a team.
