Our client is seeking a talented individuals to join their growing South Manchester office. The firm handles a wide range of corporate insolvency cases and is known for its supportive environment, high standards, and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations

Overseeing case progression from appointment through to closure

Supervising and mentoring junior staff (at AM/Manager level)

Ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Liaising with directors, creditors, legal representatives, and stakeholders

Contributing to business development and internal improvement initiatives
Requirements:

Proven experience in corporate insolvency case management

Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practice

CPI or JIEB qualification (desirable for Manager-level roles)

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
