Corporate Tax ManagerManchester£55,000 - £65,000 (hybrid work model & wider benefits)We are currently working with a diverse and well-respected firm formed over 70 years ago who are looking to expand their team with a new Corporate Tax Manager appointment.This firm are experts in a range of corporate tax services for OMBs including structuring, reorganisations, due diligence, M&A, R&D and corporate interest restrictions to name a few examples. They cater for a broad range of clients, including active high net worth individuals, with lots of whom are involved in the property sector and business owners This is a unique opportunity to benefit from a flexible work model and move into a firm that takes pride in fostering generations of both staff and clients.Your New Role:

  • Primarily focuses on delivering high-quality Corporate Tax compliance, as well as advisory queries including, capital allowances, corporate interest restrictions, structuring, due diligence, and wider M&A work.
  • Work closely with all the Partners and leverage from their extensive knowledge and experience whilst supporting exciting clients.
  • Work with a team where each employee genuinely compliments each others skill sets and expertise, contributing to a very friendly and supportive culture.
  • There is the opportunity to do business development work if desired, although this is not expected for the role.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified
  • You will come from a professional services background and be experienced in delivering and managing UK corporate tax compliance services.
  • Corporate Tax advisory experience is desirable but not essential.
