Finance Business PartnerManchester (Hybrid - 1-2 Days in Office)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a recognised, large multi-site business based in Manchester that is experiencing year-on-year growth and continued commercial success. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team.

The Role
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll support a number of high-value, high-profile clients and work directly with operational leaders to:
- Report on financial and operational performance
- Drive margin improvement and commercial decision-making
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Complete monthly management accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Support, influence and challenge non-financial stakeholders across the business
- Act as a key financial advisor to operational managers and senior leadership
- Analyse key financial metrics including cost-per-activity, inventory costs, and labour efficiency
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives (e.g. expansions, investments, process changes)
- Collaborate on budget setting and forecasting with various departments
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, procurement, and HR to align operational goals with financial strategy
- Identify risks and opportunities that impact performance
- Provide analytical support to the wider finance team and business
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
- Industry experience in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
- Confident working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
Working Pattern
- Hybrid working model: 1-2 days per week across sites
- Some travel required to partner effectively with teams across sites
