- Finance Business partner with key stakeholders in the team, including the Commercial division, to assist with decision making and strategic planning.
- Management of the financial close process to include Management Accounts and variance analysis.
- Lead the production of insightful financial analysis including KPI tracking, to support the SLT to make informed business decisions.
- Take ownership of certain commercial reporting requirements for the SLT.
- Develop financial models to support departmental projects.
- Manage the production of the annual financial planning model, working closely with the SLT.
- Produce analysis of cost and revenue models.
- Support the Financial Controller in the management of a small team.
- KPI reporting, including scenario modelling and management reporting.
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant.
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI being desirable.
- Experience working in a fast paced, and ever-changing business is essential.
