KeyResponsibilities:

Leadandownthefinancefunction,drivingstrategicdirectionandfinancialperformance.
Moderniseandtransformfinancialsystems,processes,andreporting.
ProvidestrategicandcommercialinsighttotheCEOandleadershipteam.
Overseebudgeting,forecasting,cashflowandgroupreporting.
ProvidefinancialleadershipacrossmultipleUKandinternationalsites.
Playacentralroleinpreparingthebusinessforafuturesaleorinvestmentevent.
Leadonstrategicprojectsincludinginternationalexpansionandacquisitions.

AboutYou:

Qualifiedaccountant(ACA,ACCAorCIMA)withseniorleadershipexperience.
Strongbackgroundinengineering,manufacturing,oranalignedindustrialsector.
Demonstrablemultisitefinancialoperationalexperience.
Proventrackrecordinfinancetransformation.
ExperiencedinM&Aandbusinesssalepreparation.
CommerciallyastutewiththegravitastooperateatBoardlevel.
