My client is a global professional services business based in Manchester. Due to the current incumbent being promoted they are recruiting this role on a fixed term contract basis initially which could well go permanent due to the growth and opportunities in the business as it stands. As the Head of Group Treasury Operations you will work closely with the Group Treasury Director and manage the central treasury team. You will manage all aspects of cash and working capital management, provide cash forecasting optimising the use of cash across the group and ensure bank covenants are met, establish maintain and monitor procedures and controls around cash forecasting banking, FX and treasury risks, as well as have responsibility for the management of three regional treasury managers. You will also be heavily involved with business partnering with both finance and non-finance staff across the group and regional teams. This role will suit an experienced treasury leader who has managed teams across various regions, previous experience with all aspects of treasury as well as business partnering and process improvements are essential in order to add value in this role. The salary will be discussed on application and is dependant on experience, there is an attractive benefits package that includes hybrid working as well as flexible hours, with a generous holiday entitlement also.
