Are you a Restructuring Partner or Director looking to lead, grow, and shape the future of a dynamic, fast-growing firm?

If you're ready to take on a new challenge, bring in work, and gain more autonomy, this could be the perfect role for you.

This Private Equity-backed Top 10 practice has seen incredible growth, with its adjusted EBITDA rising 18.3% for the first half of 2024. Their professional services division has grown by 24% year-on-year, thanks to both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. They're now looking for a Restructuring Partner or Director to help expand their UK presence, specifically in the North following a recent string of acquisitions in Manchester and Leeds.

You'll be stepping into a well-established practice with 3,000 staff across the UK and over 100 Partners in professional services, providing high-quality work in restructuring, insolvency, and corporate matters. With new advisory services on the horizon, the firm is perfectly positioned to take on more high-profile work, and you'll be a key part of that journey.

Why Join?

  • Competitive compensation, with Director roles starting at £100k, and a package that includes a bonus, fixed profit share, enhanced pension, 30 days holiday, health, and dental coverage
  • The potential to become Partner if you're currently Director level, with incentives for winning work and influencing business strategy
  • Be part of a practice that's fundamentally changed and achieved significant growth, with exciting new service lines and advisory work in the pipeline
  • You'll have lots of autonomy, support, and a chance to work with top-tier clients on big-ticket projects while benefiting from lower revenue expectations than larger firms
  • Bonus potential for bringing in work from individuals who have sold businesses and are ready to reinvest, adding further growth opportunities to your portfolio

The Role:

  • Lead and grow the restructuring and insolvency team in the newly acquired Northern offices
  • Work closely with other offices, initially focusing on collaboration and then building out the team in your region
  • Handle SME clients at all levels, focusing on corporate restructuring and insolvency rather than IVAs
  • Leverage cross-selling opportunities across the firm's widened service offerings, incentivizing new business generation
  • Enjoy a flexible work environment with the autonomy to manage your time and client engagements

What You'll Bring:

  • Expertise in winning and managing restructuring and insolvency work at a high level
  • A track record of delivering high-quality corporate restructuring solutions and strong business acumen
  • Ability to generate revenue with realistic expectations
  • Leadership skills to mentor and grow your team

This is an exciting time to join a firm that's growing rapidly and evolving in the UK market. If you're ready to make a significant impact, take on a leadership role, and grow with a firm committed to high-quality work, flexibility, and autonomy, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
