Job Title: Senior Cost Manager
Salary: 55,000 - 65,000

About the Role:
We're looking for someone to join our client who is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to expand their natural resources team in the North West.
We are looking for someone to join as a Senior Cost Manager with infrastructure, nuclear or oil and gas experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Manager:
- Assessing financial viability of projects during initial phases
- Developing, overseeing and maintaining project budgets, cost plans and financial reports
- Delivering precise and timely financial guidance to project teams and clients.
- Mentoring and guiding junior quantity surveyors and colleagues to foster professional growth.
- Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Role Requirements for the Senior Cost Manager:
- Industry experience in Infrastructure, Nuclear, or Oil & Gas sectors.
- NEC contract experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel to Derby 3 days per week for the first 6 weeks, then once per month thereafter.
- Chartered status (e.g., RICS, APM) - already obtained.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
