We are working on behalf of a prestigious wealth management firm to find an exceptional Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Junior Paraplanner. This is a unique opportunity to join an elite, client-focused team that delivers high-quality wealth advice to High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.

About the Role:

As part of a high-performing pod, you’ll work closely with a Paraplanner, Investment Analyst, and two Senior Partners, providing critical support to both clients and internal stakeholders. This is not just another admin role—it’s a pivotal position that bridges operations and advice, offering clear progression toward full Paraplanning and eventual Client Manager responsibilities.

You will:

  • Deliver seamless client service through high-quality administration and coordination

  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records

  • Liaise with external providers and ensure the timely execution of financial transactions

  • Support the Paraplanner with research and client report preparation

  • Take increasing ownership of technical work as you grow in the role

Ideal Candidate:

You’ll bring strong experience in a Financial Planning or Private Banking environment, particularly working with HNW clients. A sharp eye for detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent communication skills are key. If you’re highly organised, driven, and thrive in structured, fast-paced settings, we want to hear from you.

We're especially keen to speak with candidates who:

  • Are progressing towards (or already hold) Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

  • Want to grow into a full Client Manager role with technical and client responsibility

  • Understand or have experience with private client platforms, tax wrappers, trusts, and complex financial structures
